Breakfast- Coffee, coconut yoghurt with pomegranate seeds of half a fruit and a handful of blueberries
Morning Tea-
Lunch- Salmon with salad and a fried egg
Afternoon Tea- carrot celery beans with dip
Dinner - Garlic pepper beef stir fry (no rice), thai fried chicken, few bits of honey chicken.
Exercise
1.4km continuous jog around Findlay Park
