post run kale raspberry strawberry starfruit banana coconut yoghurt and milk smoothie
Morning Tea- Coconut yoghurt
Lunch- fresh homemade spinach, pumpkin, fetta frittata
Afternoon Tea- capp on almond milk
Dinner- frittata
